From start to finish Lance was professional, reliable and hard working. We agreed a start date and time scale that was adhered to. He checked the kitchen plans, liaised with the supplier and altered accordingly. He supervised the delivery and contacted the supplier when things were missing taking any stress away from me. We organised our own electrician but Lance wanted to meet to ensure all sockets etc were put where they were needed. He organised a gas fitter who arrived as planned. Syson Page Renovations took on the project of ripping out our 80s kitchen and turning it into what I can only describe as an awesome, visually stunning and incredibly practical kitchen. The whole project was managed by SPR and worked seamlessly. It meant the electrician, the plasterer and the plumber all turned up at the right time and in the right order. Handholding and support in decision making was always on offer but never pushy. It was always clear that getting the job done properly and to a high standard was more important than just getting the job done, getting paid and getting out.
